Viewing Request Details

You can view the details of each submitted request on the Request Details dialog box, which is opened by double-clicking on the request name in the Request column on the My Requests , Approve / Reject , or Processed tabs.

• Viewing Summary Information on the General Tab

• Viewing License Information on the Inventory Tab

• Viewing Approval Process Hierarchy and Status on Approval Status Tab

• Viewing Notes on the Notes Tab

• Viewing Questions and Responses on the Questions Tab

• Viewing Deployment Status on the Status Tab

• Viewing Alternate Software on the Alternates Tab

• Viewing Attached Files on the Files Tab

The number of tabs displayed on the Request Details dialog box depend upon the type of request and the options enabled.
