Jamf Pro Package Deployment Settings Panel

If you are adding an macOS desktop package from Jamf Pro, you need to specify deployment settings on the Jamf Pro Package Deployment Settings panel.

The Jamf Pro Deployment Settings panel includes the following properties:

Create Uninstall Policy	If you want this App Portal catalog item to support uninstallation of the application, select this option. If this option is selected, two policies will be created in Jamf Pro: one for installation and one for uninstallation. In addition, App Portal will create two static computer groups: one will be added to the install policy, and the other will be added to the uninstall policy. When users place requests for the catalog item, computers get added to the static computer group and then Jamf Pro takes care of deployment. App Portal does not support Jamf Pro Remote.
Select Distribution point	Select a Jamf Pro distribution point from this list. Distribution points are servers used to host files for distribution to computers.
